Philipp primarily advises national and international family and financial investors on commercial property transactions. During the past 12 years he played a significant role in brokering high-class residential and commercial real estate and advised on a large number of portfolio transactions in Berlin and Germany.
In 1996, the restitution advisory was securely established under his leadership. For example, between 1998 and 2000 all of Max Reinhardt’s estates in Berlin (among others, Schumannstrasse 16, Deutsches Theater/Kammerspiele Berlin, Spreedreieck and Am Zirkus 1) were marketed successfully under sole agency. Since early 2003, Philipp has restructured the Winters & Hirsch Group into one of Germany’s leading owner-run real estate advisories.
He works for several charities in an honorary capacity.
